Project conversation

A clear route from idea to scope.

A focused conversation helps us understand your goals, define the right scope and outline next steps.

  1. Share the starting point

Tell us what you run today, what needs to change and the timing you have in mind.

  2. Shape the scope

Discuss the systems, dependencies, responsibilities and deliverables the project should cover.

  3. Review the proposal

Confirm the work, delivery approach, commercial terms and exclusions before moving forward.

Before you choose

Frequently asked questions.

What should I bring to a project conversation?

A short description of what needs to change, the systems involved and your target timing is a useful start. Include approximate user or workload counts, existing products and any known dependencies. You do not need a completed specification to start the conversation.

Can we discuss more than one service area?

Yes. A Microsoft 365 migration may also involve identity, device management and backup decisions. Bring the full picture so the related work can be considered together and the proposed scope can make those dependencies clear.

Are software licenses and project services the same thing?

No. Product subscriptions or licenses and professional services are separate considerations. Confirm the products, quantities and terms alongside the project deliverables, responsibilities and any ongoing support before approving a proposal.

What should a project proposal make clear?

Review the agreed scope, deliverables, delivery responsibilities, timing, dependencies and exclusions. Confirm who will deliver each part of the work, what your team needs to provide and how any change to the scope will be handled.
